MP Character Generator?

Has a character generator been built for 3rd or 4th edition?

Something that spits out a character with stats and skills at a minimum?

I've not found one. The closest thing I have is a spreadsheet for 3rd that is still a work in progress.

I have found some generators that a labeled "Modern" or "Post Apocalypse" but they either spit out something 20th century generic or something very much like Gamma World.

I guess this means I either have to learn Java or the Randomizer formula for Excel.

Le Sigh.

I build web apps for a living and was really close to making a generator for T2013 (as shown by this graphic), but it kinda petered out as a game before I was able to make it.

I have much more faith that MP will keep going so there is a good chance I will make one at some point.

An NPC generator for that matter would be great too. One that can generate goons, sergeants, lieutenants, and the boss. Either randomly or by selecting an encounter group or region (one of several groups is possible per region).

I lost my long, long, long, long lists of random objects to find when searching rubble, or bodies. If I do that again I will definitely want to use the randomizer for Excel.

If anyone wants to share equipment lists or kits, I might start adding to my equipment database.

Eventually I would hope to tie this to a PC/NPC generator where you can drag and drop equipment to a character or vehicle and get a running total or remaining capacity of weight and volume. (and maybe cost)

I think this would be great! For weights, your assembled T2K2 lists are very helpful.
