Lost Treasures found.

Got a call from my sister asking me if I wanted a footlocker found in my Dad's basement.

From my sister.
"It had a bunch of junk on the top (rope, string, etc) but at the bottom was a bunch of stuff that has 'Games Designer Workshop' on it."

I was told years ago all my games were destroyed in a flood. I have mostly rebuild my collection (thanks to my local gaming auction and eBay), but I still am intrigued as to what exactly they found. Will find out at Easter when I see my sister.

But, but Kato your store has no Twilight 2000 material for sale. Id much rather buy from someone on this page then Amazon or ebay.

My replacements were mostly made over a decade a go so this forum was not really an option. (I should have been more clear that it was decades not years ago I was told they were destroyed.)

My stores auction is great. You have to kill a whole day twice a year, but for 20 bucks you can leave with cover prices of over 100 easy. It is very random but that is how I filled a majority of the gaps.

As far as my ebay purchases I think they were mostly GDWs Third world War series which I expect will be part of what survived.

I thought this thread was going to be about finding $2.5 in an old Iraqi Type 69 tank.

Well it was a bit of a disappointment but it was a trip down memory lane.

It was a stack of papers with a 1986 GDW catalog as the most prominent element on the top.

The rest of the stuff was class notes from highschool, general RPG notes and my results for the play by mail game "It's a crime". Where every week you physically mailed in instructions for your street gang and tried to take over a city over like a 24 week period.

This link has the best summary I found.
