IIRC, the tasking of striking American fixed ICBM silos fell to the SS-18 Mod 5, with ten warheads in the 550-750 KT range; figure two warheads per silo and launch control center. I can see if I can dig up the old SAC-era silo location maps if that would help. Though all they do is show the outlines of the states involved, and not detailed enough to show individual towns, Interstates, etc.
