What about SAM's like the S-125 Neva/Pechora instead of Mig's?
Also, just a side note, Tanner was still President in 1997, a year after presidential elections should have occurred in 1996. I am thinking major moves like changes to Unified Commands and apparently Presidential Elections would be put on hold due to the ware?
