This is pretty good, I like the added equipment to expand team capability and field sustainability.
I'd suggest sticking with the ordinary loads for Recon teams; there are situations where a rifle, SMG or support weapon is going to be more useful than a carbine. As long as some thought is put into load selection and there is a range of weaponry for defence that should be sufficient.
