Purpose-built 2-bay oil change/minor car repair/gas station with attached convenience store. Access to cache through one of the sunken areas used for oil changes. A parent company could have built numerous buildings like this outside many small towns across a state, region, or the country.
Problem 1 is that the building was overbuilt, so has been repurposed as a shelter by an armed group. A well-armed group if they have found the cache.
Problem 2 is that an organized group has made the connection between this company and caches/boltholes beneath them and is on a slow campaign of systematically looting them.
Cheers!
