Morrow Project Power Generation Team MI-PG-xx was placed in hibernation near a power receiving station facility. Power Generation Team MI-PG-xx also maintains equipment and supplies that will allow them along with Engineering & Construction Team MI-EC-xx to provide power to most of the towns in the region.

The teams specialty was dealing with psychological operations, that has helped them carryout high-pressure negotiations with local leaders scattered all over the region.

The assignment of Morrow Project RAT Team MI-RAT-xx to the Upper Peninsula of Michigan was a last minute addition to the Combined Operations Group, that was made after Bruce E. Morrow had made his last 'jump' into the future at the request of the Team Leader of the Combined Operations Group Command Team who felt that the inclusion of a RAT team would help counter the fact he had only one MARS team to rely upon incase of emergency.

Support Team MI-ST-xx was intendened to work close with Logistics & Supply Team MI-LS-xx in establishing a working supply and support network for the reconstruction efforts of the Upper Peninsula.
