Need an opinion about a possible site change

Some vehicles have a plethora of different variants -- they all share the same basic chassis, but have quite different layouts and functions. I was thinking about unifying these different variants on one page for each type of vehicle, such as having all the M-113 variants in one place, all the LAV-25 variants on one page, etc.

I have two ideas on this -- one would be to have these unifying pages as additional pages, and the other would be that these unifying pages would replace the existing entries dispersed across different pages.

What do you think?

I like the additional pages idea. Of course that's just a selfish advice as I know how to get around your site as it is and don't like to see my habits being changed.:):D
