Do we need a glossary/ Acronym listing?
Im my last ~100 word post I threw out the Terms "Reforger" "POMCUS" and if I didn't put a wikipedia link in would have also used "CRAF". I think most people get these terms but I know not everyone does.
I am thinking about creating a new sub forum locked with either one or two posts. The Glossary definitions and Acronym breakdowns would either have their own threads or be mixed together.
The reason I would go with a sub forum is that I can change the permissions to allow any registered member to make additions or changes. You can only do that at the forum level not thread level.
If I go through and manage it I could also make it linkable via something like this Term.
There are a few other solutions I am looking at since it never makes sense to reinvent the wheel, but before I went any further is there any interest interested in using or editing a definition list.
Edit
I just realized that using my [wiki] tags I probably could have linked to both of the terms I thought might have confusion. Still interested in everyone's opinion of a glossary though.
