It's based on the Lock N' Load Games World At War series...
Your typical Third World War "Russians drive to the Rhine" story...only this time..mankind let the vampires, werewolves and all sorts of other unhappiness out.
Is it great literature? Not really. It's got some decent ideas, but some errors crept into the text, and would it kill the author to use real places and units? (Yeah, I know, good enough for Harry Coyle) and the German Territorials still using FN-FALs in 1985? I thought they'd reequipped with G3 by then!
But if you wanna mine this for ideas or setting, for the $5 for a PDF copy, it's not too bad.
