Forum settings

I am adjusting some forum settings and wondering if anyone had any opinions.

You may add a poll to a thread you start within five minutes of posting the thread.

You may edit a post for 2 minutes after you submit without getting the "edited by xxx" message. You can edit a post with the message at any point.


Any issues with those.

Sounds fine to me. Neither one really strikes me as that big of a deal....so if it works, and you want it, then go for it.

I guess part of the reason for the question was instructional. I know that I have seen posts where people forgot to add a poll. Thanks for the input.
