Generic bad guys whose tech level can only be explained by trading with the Rich Five. Though how if the encounter is anywhere that they all trade with the Rich Five.................
This is a good encounter group for new players and those new to the MP universe as they are clearly bad people. Featured prominently in "Desert Search".
