Found this cool t2k blog.
it is a game log of someone's ftf T2k campaign from the death of the 5th, thru Black Madonna, Free City of Krakow, Pirates of the Vistula and the Ruins of Warsaw (so far).
it is a fun read,

No idea, I wasn't able to find any contact info for them. I *might* post a comment somewhere on their blog and invite them here. Not sure of any other way.
On a related note, this site may be of interest for our UK friends

Sounds like a great venue for a game. Anyone up for a road trip to the pub? :p

Thank you all for the kind comments. I've been having a bad writing itch. At first I had just intended to give my players a reference for what had happened in past games. We only get together twice a month. But the itch got me and it grew from there.
The broad scope of events are as they happened. Detail and internal reactions are half based off knowing my players, we've gamed for years, and imagination. Captain Paterson's player especially likes how it seems her character "actually appears to know what she's doing."
There is a heavy thread of Dark Conspiracy worming through the narrative; events outside Czestochawa, the healing factor, and the climax of Ruins of Warsaw
@boogiedowndonovan How did you stumble on it?
Sneak peek - Posts Thursday morning
Under Sielce Stadium
We're making small talk while waiting for our good Russian friends to arrive; Major General Alexi Koronov and his adviser Captain John Stone. I've been worrying about this sort of thing ever since the POW raids. I'm more than willing to work with anyone on my side, but I'll be damned if my men are going to be used up by some higher ranking SOB. There's sounds of men coming down the hallway. Moment of truth.
I thought he'd be taller. Shouldn't be surprised, I've tried fitting down the turret hatch of the T-72, but damn he's short. Just the level to be staring at my tits... Lt. Zalesky makes the introductions.
The good general gives me a quick once over and locks eyes. He starts in Polish, "Captain Paterson, I am pleased, very pleased, to meet you. My liaisons have informed me of the work your men have already accomplished. As allies, I hope we may work together to secure this community and make the Black Ass pay."
"Thank you, sir, I have every intention of bleeding him white." Koronev laughs at the pun.

Sometimes a writer has to set aside his self-respect if he wants to pay the rent. It's not like we make anything so lofty as a teacher's salary. I'm just saying... ;)

My wife browses this site occasionally for 'research purposes'. And then I get dragged over to look at animal training and sustainable agriculture sites. We'd be out living the farm life if our lungs and pocketbooks could take it.
I really need to change the tags...

I'm "Leo" from the f2f game that the blog covers. I heard about this forum and post from Chris and thought I'd stop in and say hello. his dramatization is a very close rendition of the actual game.
We have a ton of fun playing. Chris does an excellent job running everything.

I got introduced to Twilight with 2013. Could some kind soul please explain which parts of the blog (if any) are from older Twilight modules?
Also, was the autopsy scene alluding to some kind of biological.. alterations? Or am I reading too much into that?
So what's the box? :p

Chris the GM would be best to answer this, but my take on it is that the blog follows destruction of the 5th ID handout included with 1st edition, then Black Madonna, Free City of Krakow, Pirates of the Vistula and Ruins of Warsaw. that is as far as I have gotten, I haven't read the last few weeks posts.
These are all technically 1st edition, but you can use them with 2nd edition and probably with 2013.

I'm running a heavily modified cludge of v2, v2.2 and homebrew rules. I'll have to put the "monkey wrench guide" someday soonish.
The plotlines follow the Europe modules. Details have been changed to protect the innocent. Plus, Leo and Moonie's players are big T2K geeks so I have to keep them jumping.
The following is all non-canon:
If you look at the earlier blogs, sometime on the way to discover the Black Madonna, the characters got very sick. Since then they've had phenominal ability to 'soak' damage and recover from wounds. This was a bit of hand-wavium to explain the damage difference between PCs and NPCs. In play, PC can take multiple slight wounds and the agreggate damage would kill your average NPC. Other abilities, like PCs skill acquisition with XP, can be explained thrpough this as well.
The Baron, and his personal guard, were designed as PC level antagonists. This is the first time they've had a chance to open someone like themselves up. The operating theory is that the abnormalities the Baron exibited are what's going on inside themselves.
The box plot is stolen from Operation RESET (REST had nothing to do with power generation). It was initially believed that it is a cold fusion generator. Since cap'n Kat has the RESET lab notes, the players have learned differently. I'll be posting hose note once I get to the trip back from Warsaw.
FYI, I am behind at least 2 to 3 game sessions. One was very battle heavy. The others were RP heavy. The group has currently embarked on 'Going Home'. They took the barge from Krakow to where they could disembark to catch a train. I'm trying to play catch-up with the blog. Time is always an issue and I'm a slow typist.

I like the mystery sci-fi elements. Gives it some intrigue while keeping it grounded in reality.
That also makes a lot of sense. The Doc was getting shot up way too frequently for her to be a regular mortal. :p

Damn, Glenn Cook is one of my favoritest authors ever. Didn't realize I was channeling... Ed doesn't make a good Croaker though.
If you haven't picked up his other books, Night Shade Publishing has reprinted his Dread Empire, Dark War, Starfishers, and my favorite The Dragon Never Sleeps among others.
