Venezuelan Marines, TO&E

Would anyone have any idea of the TO&E of the Venezuelan Marine Battalions? I'm currently devicing a Twilight:2013 campaign in the Caribbean and would be grateful if anyone had any ideas. I do have some vague estimates, but can not say for certain.

That one I've already checked out, but it doesn't include the TO&E. I need something more precise so I can figure out the enemy elements that await the players.
