one that can be openly discussed?
I'm trying to do some math here.
Note this includes mobile ICBMs and SLBMs.

My take on the Strategic Rocket Forces for mid-1997: https://docs.google.com/open?id=0B1iWKi-cwRMLVkpXOXhzOUVwTGs
My version of the Soviet SSBN force is at http://mysite.verizon.net/vzeedox4/sitebuildercontent/sitebuilderfiles/soviet_submarines_t2k_1996.xls
I'll see if I can find my document on the bomber force for T2k.
Enjoy!

I don't think Russia herself has any idea of how many warheads she has anymore...
