Hey everyone,

I've been out of commission again for an extended period of time and just logged in to wish you all well.

My wife gave birth last Nov. 19 our son, Jacob Antonio Navarro.

The doctors had to terminate her pregnancy and performed an emergency caesarian section as she was suffering from pre-eclampsia. It was really life threatening for both mom and kid but thank God we got through it safely.

Coby's still in the neonatal ICU as I write this as he was born premature (7 months) but the kid is strong and is putting up a good fight.

I may be scarce again in the coming weeks but I'll be back in the forums when I can.

Take care!

Glad to hear that things are looking up for you all and congratulations on the birth of the wee one - he's a year and a day younger than my princess. On that note Terri-Anne is doing the best these days and has settled in well with us in the new house. I hope that things work out as well for you as they have for us. God bless my friend.

I echo those before me. That disease has killed many a poor soul in the past, and almost took my daughter. God be with you all. You are in our thoughts and prayers. Grae

My prayers, too. I've spent too much time in a NICU myself.

Good to hear from you, spielmeister! Congratulations to you and your missus for the new member to the family! Glad to hear the docs got both the mom and baby out without anything bad happening to either one. Rest, time, and soon everyone will be good and the new lad will be ready to be broken in on Twilight! :)

Take care!

Congrats on your new son, Spiel!

Hang in there, man. My son was born six weeks early, spent two weeks in the NICU and now he's a healthy, brilliant, hillarious 4 &1/2 year old. I'll be praying for your family.
