Rather, versus tanks. For that matter, any top-attack munitions...

Other than the damage, you'd conduct the flight and attack like for the Tankbreaker ATGM. I don't have the 1E rules handy, but the Tankbreaker was in 1E, and there were special rules for it in the rulebooks.

The 1e rules say, you choose the attack type (either direct or overhead) and with overhead chosen, all hits will be dealth with as overhead hits.
Edit: The mode is, of course, chosen before discharging the weapon.

Tank Breaker: A man-portable launcher fired from an integral
rest, Tank Breaker fires a homing fire-and-forget missile which
can be set either to hit the target directly or fly over it and attack
from above where the armor is generally thinner. Wt: 10
kg, Price: $5,000 (S/R).

Hmm, nothing solid on penetration that I can find...I reckon I'll have to make some gusstimations based on diameter of the warhead...maybe I'll use copperhead round penetration rules. Probably best.

(IIRC), I have a v2.2 120mm STAFF round on my site. Take the penetration from my site and multiply it by five. (1E = 1mm armor is1 AV; v2.2= 5mm armor are 1 AV). All the other figures are useable in both games.
