The Finnish Navy is planning to sell the current flagship, FNS Pohjanmaa, that is going to be decommissioned during the 2015.

Displacement: 1,450 tons
Length: 78.6 m (258 ft)
Beam: 11.2 m (37 ft)
Draught: 3.3 m (11 ft)
Propulsion: 2 × Wärtsilä Vasa 16V22 diesel; 4,280 kW (5,740 hp) with propellers
Speed: 18–19 kn (33–35 km/h)
Range: 3,500 NM (6,500 km)
Complement: 70 (120 when acting as a training ship)
Sensors and processing systems:
Signaal DA05 radar
Philips 9LV 220 FCS
Simrad hull-mounted sonar
Electronic warfare& decoys:
Decoy: Philax chaff and IR flares
ESM:
Argo Systems radar warning system
Armament:
1 × Bofors 57 mm/70 Mk1
1 × Bofors 40 mm/70
2 × Sako twin-barrel 23 mm/87 (modified ZU-23-2)
2 × NSV 12.7 mm machine guns
2 × rails for depth charges
4 × rails for 150 mines (Sea Mine 2000)
So, if you have about 100,000,000€ in excess, here's a lovely ship for you. The ship will probably cost only half that, but to remove the armaments and make the changes that are required to qualify it for civilian use, it'll most likely to be about that.
Edit: And to add an anecdote, the ship sailed across the Atlantic Ocean to make a visit to the U.S. of A.. Since the Finnish Navy Flagship was coming, the U.S.Navy had reserved a dock, suited for an aircraft carrier for the visiting ship. As FNS Pohjanmaa tried to dock there, someone, standing atop of the dock and thus far higher than the deck of the Pohjanmaa yelled at them, they could not dock there as it was reserved for the Finnish Navy Flaghship. "We're it", was the reply. Needless to say, the Americans were rather amazed (and probably also amused).
