I am having some issues with my router and setting up firewall rules.
There is a way I can get the forum up but there may be some outages as I progress through adjusting the settings.
Sorry for any inconvenience.

We did have an attempted hacking from the eastern Ukraine, but it was a clumsy brute force attack so our normal security handled it. That was not related to the changes I made thought. They were for additional functionality on my gaming/demo server.
I will probably have to reset the router to factory setting as it is still a bit wonky (it will take changes but will not show them in the summary). I will probably need a full day outage at some point in the future to reset the router, clean the server fans, rewire some stuff and perform a OS upgrade on this box.
Generally my goal would be to give a weeks notice, but if something else takes us down I might just do all that stuff at once. So if there is a longer than normal outage don't worry.

I would take this attempted hack into the forum as a warning, as stated in the article here:
http://www.theguardian.com/world/2014/mar/16/nato-websites-hit-by-cyber-attacks
NATO has already had attacks on it's public websites, thses have aimed at a denial of service (DDoS)
I supect that is a effort to control what information is spread about the Ukraine, I am thinking someone did a google search and the Ukranie fun and games thread popped up.
NATO said the attacks were foiled as they were very basic which would fit with what happened here.
I don't want to say to people don't talk about it, as I am a huge defender of free speach, but remember people are watching what is posted it.
In closing I would like to say hi to folks at the NSA and CSE
