I found an old doc listing my original COT when I planned to use the original wardate. I remembered it when I brought up Howard Stark in the other thread.
I forgot for a time I used both Howards.
I have each of these men in near full control of the listed companies when the project was created, or they were developed specifically for the project.
Some of the COT were pretty old when the project started, but they put their vast resources into the hands of people they trusted.
