As most of you know, I broke both of my legs cleaning out the garage. They are healing apace, and weren't through-and-through fractures, so I'm now on those big walker boots. But, I can get to the computer.
Which is good, because my old computer died, and I haven't been able to get to it to set it up and make it very useable. Projects have fallen by the wayside, and Olefin's Kenya Sourcebook has gone unposted. (To you, David, I owe a great tanks for your patience, and it is posted now.)
Anyway, I'm on the mend, and my doctor actually has me walking around the block once per day! Hopefully, I can back to the UH-1 soon...

Geez Paul breaking one leg is bad enough but both of them? Man that sucks.
Glad to hear you're on the mend but seriously, don't stress about satisfying our demands for stuff on your website while you're healing up.
You of all people, don't owe any apologies when it comes to providing material for the game - I've seen a number of T2k sites on the internet over the last 15 years and yours has outlived all of them AND continued to add material.
So go at your own pace Paul, we know it'll be worth waiting for :)

How did you break both your legs cleaning out the garage, old boy?

Hope you get back on your feet soon... though I too wonder how you got both at the same time, has to be a heck of story there. :)

Paul, that's terrible! Let us know if you need anything, not that we can do much over the internet, but if you think of anything let us know.
Get on your feet soon!

Noting big a story there...it has to do with a high, plywood shelf; I thought I could lift the whole thing down, items and all, but miscalculated.

I was going to say you can't seem to catch a break Paul, but in fact you've caught several. The body is an amazing thing, my multiple foot and knee fractures from June have healed really well. Hoping yours will do the same.

Thank you so much for taking the time to post it with all that you are going thru right now. I appreciate you doing so very much and I hope that you get well soon. As someone who spent a considerable amount of time on crutches after getting hit by a car in college I definitely sympathize with what you are going through (every time I think of two broken legs I automatically wince for sure). Hope you can get your computer fixed and back up and running soon.

I actually bought a gaming rig this time -- I'm not a gamer, but I can open all the Word, Excel, Access, Acrobat, explorer windows -- whatever, I have yet to open enough windows to even slow this machine down.

Not a funny situation but definitely a funny line Targan.
