We have 5 players plus a couple of NPC.
Using a slightly modified initiative system we can now go in turns. And it can be modified to take in accounts pauses/breaks.
For the burst rules I am using a faster formula where your ROF is the number of bullets fired that round.

still have to roll up a character and see if I can get into the game - last couple of weeks have been nuts at work - when are the play sessions

I wish I knew just what the Game is and where it is going. I am not to worried about getting started but the communication is a bit lacking. Perhaps more is going on between the GM's
I would love an open discussion about vehicles and Equipment issues. Like I said at the roll twenty,
I have had some experience with field maneuvers, I cannot say I ever had my ass handed to me as is in the Game start but I know what a scout group would have at a minimum and a recon unit.
If we are to be without what is suggested in the rules perhaps you should just pregenerate the PCs and their equipment.

that was two years ago and never got off the ground although i kept the coding for the battles just in case.
