I hesitate to admit this because it's probably right there in front of me but I'm not seeing an article on T2k. I see a forum post and the embedded links take me right back to it.

The link took me to his blog page (?), then the link there took me to a pdf.

Page 2 of the pdf had the T2K article (haven't read it yet).
