My prayers go out to those who lost loved ones in the Orlando Florida attack. It is officially the worst attack on US soil since 9-11-2001. 50 dead, 53 wounded at latest count. The US-born shooter identified himself as an "Isis fighter."

And people are already using it for Political purposes. Couldn't they wait for all the bodies to get cold and for all the facts to be in?
As far as the shooter goes. I hope the goatf*cking a$$hole is getting buggered in hell.
I honestly don't care who or how many people you form intimate relationships based around informed consent. It is not a reason for someone else to murder you. That being said Rapists and Child Molesters need to go through a woodchipper feet first.

The "Troy-bilt Solution" can apply to the (erroneously and falsely) self-proclaimed upholders of Islam, who are even now being decried and denounced by mainstream American Muslims. Just add equal weights of radical jihadist, pig/dog/frog offal, and used feminine hygiene products. Run it through a couple of times for a uniform pate'.
Perpetually, irreversibly unclean;.
OK, "defender of the faith", now stand before your Maker for judgement. Go directly to Shaitan, Do Not Pass Allah, Do not collect 73 virgins. And no "Get out of Sheol Free" card, either.
Too bad, so sad, bye-bye.
Calling myself a Christian, I should really be praying that God moves their hearts in a different direction. It's just really hard right now. The anger needs to bleed off a bit first before I can attempt that.:(

Who cares what sexual orientation or religion or sex or anything else about the victims. They were people and they had families and friends.
If you are going to kill someone in the name of Religion... please start with yourself.

No wonder there were so many killed and critically injured. Assault rifle rounds in a room packed full of people. Each round would have been tearing through one person, then another, maybe a third? Add to that all the bone fragments and bullet fragments and chips of masonry. What a nightmare.

The messed up thing is that he might have been able to kill even more people had he jammed the fire doors and then tossed a firebomb through the front door.
In other discussions about this attack it's been pointed out that there are a few Arsonists who have targeted nightclubs with worse results. The number of dead and injured are mostly a result of target density. Basically he chose his target to get the most results and his method to get the most media attention. There is also a rumor that he had been to the club on previous occasions.

It could have been much worse. 96 people died in the Station nightclub fire in 2003 and that was "accidental."
Lets not forget Boston's Cocoanut Grove fire in 1942 that lead to fire safety standards in the US...492 dead. Also an accident.
