Hi Everyone,

I am disabled and suing the government for military and VA benefits. Need to fund the lawsuit and have started a GoFundMe campaign.

https://www.gofundme.com/funding-legal-fees-seeking-benefits

If you can chip in great. But more importantly I am trying to get the word out on social media to hopefully get some badly needed publicity and hopefully donations. So please, please, please spread the word.

Thanks for any help!

There are lawyers that specialize in exactly that: Suing the SSA, VA, and military for vet's benefits. Get one of them. I got one when I was refused SSA disability benefits, and walked out of the hearing with the request heavily backdated, resulting in a huge lump sum of money, and monthly SSA money and a disability rating that says I an unemployable, so they can't take it away. In return, the lawyer took 1/3 of the lump sum, which still left me a huge amount of money. These lawyers are all over the country. They ask for no money up front, and you don't pay him anything if he loses your case.

I've already retained the lawyer for the USAFR claim. in the court of claims, and that is what I need funds for. No one would take that case on a contingency basis. I have not gotten the VA claim to the point of going to court....case has been in limbo waiting for VA hearing for four years now. Until I get to the stage where I can sue in federal court, I can't get an attorney that will take a contingency fee. So for now, I am in federal court of claims with the USAFR claim and can not get a contingency fee arrangement till I can appeal that finding in District Court.
