AR10A2 Effective Range......

I noticed the improvements in effective range between M16A1's, M16A2's and M16A4's glancing at the TMP4E. What would be the effective range of the AR10A2's,A4's? The Armory had the retro AR10 at 500M. Wikipedia has 600M, 700M with a scope, but as one knows, Wikipedia can be suspect and it doesn't say the A2 is the 600M range.
