I’ve been working on a compilation of equipment and kits based partially on those posted elsewhere for previous editions of TMP.
While I was at it, I tried to and expand the basic issue with some of the survival type gear that everyone was always adding anyway.
It’s written as if it was a supplement to TM 1-1 and is posted on Google drive to save wear and tear on this server.

After a very quick look, the odd thing I have noticed starts on page 86, the title of the section goes to "Appendix A - Meals Ready to Eat", but the MRE section doesn't start until page 92. The pages between 86 and 91 seem to fit better under the preceding section "PRE-CONFIGURED EQUIPMENT KITS".
Otherwise an excellent source of information and very useful.

What is your thoughts around downhill ski's to be issued? I would think cross-country skis would be better suited for project use.

I considered that but decided to go with back country skis as they can do double duty if needed. Not as efficient as straight cross country but BC skis are pretty standard NATO issue (from my admittedly small reading sample).

I see now. I did a quick search and yes the back country skis would be ones that would issued. I haven't done much research on ski equipment and never put much thought into them either, just snowshoes and sled.

Some things to consider;
1 pair of boot bands issued. I would routinely go thru at least 6-10 pairs a year, a few more issued would be more logical.
Ballistic Spectacles/Goggles. There is no ballistic information provided for them. They normally can protect against small fragments traveling under 660 fps.
You may consider adding a human remains bag/body bag, human remains ID kit and a combat litter of some kind. The bag can also double as a litter as well if as a dual purpose item. 100 mph tape (OD duct tape really), issue more para cord, up to 100 ft.
Stove Fuel. Where do the teams get refills?
Otherwise some good information and some items/companies I have not run across before.
I still have the strange issue with pages after 86 thou for the titles with the second file.

Some things to consider;

Taking your points one by one…
Agreed on the boot bands, I often wore two pair at a time. This was something I meant to go back and address and I let it slip through the cracks. I’ve added additional pairs to the basic load, bugout bag, cold and desert kits. Beyond that, there would need to be some in a cache somewhere.
Added the MIL, ANSI and EN standards references for the ballistic googles and spectacles plus the following clarification:
• Goggles - protects against small particles at up to 660fps and can withstand up to a .22 caliber at 550-560fps
• Spectacles - protects against small particles at up to 660fps and can withstand up to a .15 caliber at 640-660fps
Note that neither of these ballistic eyewear are actually manufactured with the listed emerald lens; I used artistic license to add them in order to provide laser protection for the team members.
Some of this was already in the works; the following equipment/kits have been added:
• Bag, Disaster (aka body bag) this would be a cached or vehicle carry item I believe as a case of six (6) comes in at about 20kg.
• Casualty Evacuation Kit (one per vehicle for starters) includes:
o Bag, Casualty Equipment
o Litter
o Litter Carrier
o Litter Harness (2)
• 3 coils of 550 MIL C-5040H Paracord (30m) added to basic load (Rucksack) (this was another item I meant to revisit and never got to)
• Tape, Duct –Standard sizes 18.2m (0.25kg) and 50m (0.57kg); added 1 to basic load (Ruck sack)
Stove fuel. I believe refills would have to be cached but I’ve also clarified the entry to highlight that the stove is a multi-fuel model and can use the pre-filled Isofuel or liquid fuels (white gas, kerosene, gasoline).
When I was putting some of this together, in addition to lightweight, durable gear; I was looking for lesser known companies and small start-ups. My thinking was that MI could help them along via Kickstarter type programs or by outright buyouts.
The header issue should finally be fixed in this reiteration.

Most of the time it would be if the uniform shows wear and tear it should be replaced. It is also up to the whim of your sargent/sargent major or officer as well, if they didn't like the look of your uniform you where told to get a new one and then you had to fight with the QM to get a new one. I normally had 3 with me.
With TMP as a GM you can add a few sets to a couple of the caches and most of the time I just gave the PC 3 to work with.

I forgot to ask this, the brass catcher issued with each weapon, is this so the PC can reload them or used as some sort of barter item after use?

I would anticipate reloading but also helps (in the case of the .22 in the bugout bag) police your area and leave no trace. Bartering spent brass could also be an option.

We were typically issued 4 sets of fatigues/BDUs. I only included 2 in the basic issue but added a set in the bugout bag and 2 each in the cold weather and desert kits. Others could still be cached.

Laser guy here. From what lasers are you trying to protect? For a variety of reasons, different lasers operate at different wavelengths.

Also, given that every team has access to functionally unlimited electric power, why would they use any non-electric power sources? Why not give them electric stoves?

Definitely not a laser guy here. The emerald lenses I added are based on the Type 5 lens (NSN 8465-01-439-3506) issued with the Sun, Wind and Dust Goggles (SWDG) (NSN 8465-01-328-8268), which offers 2 wavelength protection against neodymium and ruby lasers.

Laser designators and rangefinders, then. If the Project uses issue hardware, of course. But they won't be good versus dazzlers or laser weapons. Probably.

Been working my way through your listing, got a suggestion; kato13 has a selection of MP Kits on the games.juhlin.com link under equipment enhancement, some of them are a tad heavy, but some great ideas to fill in the gaping chasms in the Project gear list.

Thanks, that's much more efficient than grabbing them individually. FYI, the Excel files in the zip produce an error in Office 2010, "Excel found unreadable content..."

Being an active duty army logistics trade I have though that the project would have a supply glass system so it can stockpile needed items and make the caches were stockpiled accordingly
Something like the US Army System
Class I Rations/Subsistence: Food and water, health and comfort items.
Class II Clothing and Equipment: Individual equipment, tents, tool sets and kits, hand tools, Paper, Pen, Stationary, and housekeeping supplies and equipment.
Class III Petroleum, Oil and Lubricants (POL): Petroleum, fuels, lubricants, hydraulic and insulating oils, preservatives, liquids and gases, bulk chemical products, coolants, deicer and antifreeze compounds, components, and additives of petroleum and chemical products, and coal.
Class IV Construction Materials: Building, fortification and barrier materials.
Class V Ammunition: Bombs, explosives, mines, fuses, detonators, pyrotechnics, missiles, rockets, and propellants
Class VI Personal Demand Items: Such as health and hygiene products, soaps and toothpaste, writing material, batteries, and camera
Class VII Major End Items: HARM Suits, Rocket launchers, mobile machine shops, and project vehicles.
Class VIII Medical Material: including repair parts peculiar to medical equipment.
Class VIIIA Medical consumable supplies: Bandages Slings ect not including blood & blood products
Class VIIIB: Blood & blood components (whole blood, platelets, plasma, packed red cells, etc.).
Class IX - Repair parts and components to include kits, assemblies, and subassemblies required for maintenance support of all equipment.
Class X Agriculture and Economic Development Items: (not included in Classes I through IX)

While the US army's classes are probably the best 'nearby' system to use, Morrow might also go for a civilian system as well as I get a definite 'private enterprise' vibe of The Project. Of course they'd probably find out the hard way why the army uses that system; it dovetails well with field requirements.
One of the things The Project will struggle with is that its never had any active experience and that may tempt them to try stuff that looks good on the outside but would horrify army QMs

That's what I have always loved about fans of certain games - Morrow, Twilight 2000, Fasa's Star Trek. Detail, depth, nitty gritty. I don't see it at all with most gm's & players of the more recent games.
I blame FGU lol.

Very interested in seeing this. I've always thought there should be some kind of allowance (beyond the 10kg personal satchel) for each character to pack some "civies".
