Like everyone else, my life has been disrupted by COVID-19. I had originally taken a break to prepare for a face-to-face T2K gaming session at my FLGS, Labyrinth Games in Washington, DC (https://www.labyrinthgameshop.com/). Of course, their "RPG Day" was ultimately cancelled (hopefully, it will be rescheduled in the fall, so I don't think my preparation work will go to waste).

Then, of course, the reality of what is going on in the world has made it a little tough to write about a fictional post-apocalyptic world, at least for me. Heck, it's made it tough for me to write about ANYTHING!

But, I've been tackling the next day's encounter a little at a time. I had about 90% of it written BEFORE all this started. Writing the last 10% was kind of a slog, and I even just 'hand-waved' part of the encounter, just to get it over with (and I clearly note where the 'hand-waving' happened).

Anyway, I hope you enjoy the continued adventures of Captain Kemp Blake and his raiders. I may not have another day posted by Friday the 17th, but I am going to try...

Another T2K campaign in the DC area? I was running a T2k campaign at my house but it seems to be on hiatus (life, then COVID). I might pick it up again online, but we'll see. Had my players at the beginning of Going Home when we left off.

I lived here from 1999 to 2004, then did a stint as the curator of a museum in Arkansas. Been back since 2013. Haven't been running any RPGs since getting back, only been in the new house for a couple of years, and only got my game room really set up the way I want it about a year ago...

I'm up on the north side, in Hyattsville, near the PG County Metro. I'm doing some miniatures gaming at conventions, and some board gaming with friends, and hoping to get back into running something eventually...

I started writing this as a way to practice the rules and get my creativity working again...
