Nicotene, ever smoke to many cigaterres? Boil down 100 or so used cigarette butts, remove the butts and boil it down into a resin. Be careful when doing this, the fumes will send your heart racing. Add the substance idealy to alcohol to hide the taste, it will basicaly give a heartattack



A general antidote is to administer charcoal which is supposed to absorve the medication/poison, it needs to be done soon however before the meds or the majority of them are absorved into the system.

Pink Laurel (Nerium Oleander). One of the most dangerous plant you find around the mediterranean (especially in school yards:D , I'm not kidding). All parts of the plant is toxic and a single leaf can kill an adult by heart failure. During the Napoleonic wars, some french soldiers died because they use a stick made from it to cook their meat.

Mushrooms! Lets not forget the shrooms. And I would wager they taste like regular mushrooms sauteed with a little salt and butter, by the time you realise, if at all it will be to late.

Insulin, in a normal person it can be deadly.

Rockfish, their spines are poisonous, get enough of it, let it dry and add it to whatever you wish as a vector. These can be instant with localized pain which can turn to shock, as well as an allergic reaction in sensitive people or in large enough quantities.

Catfish Spines; these are also poisonous with intense stinging which can be localized and if enough venom or a sensistive person can sent them into shock, stop the heart of similiar affects.

Assorted snake and other venom harvested and either dried to concentrate it, or liquid form and delivered to your victim.

Any of the Beladona family of which tomatoes and potatoes are members, thus in the old days these were considered poisonous.

SEAL Liver I heard has a high concentration of Vitim D which is enough to kill you.

Ergot poisoning, from a type of fungus on grain.

Those are some more poisons off the top of my head.

I will hit the poison garden at school and have some more names in the next week or so.

Sadly you are correct. Sheep aren't the brightest of animals but he was dumb even for a sheep. No great loss.

I don't and I have Einstein saying printed on top of my desk: Only two things are infinite, the universe and human stupidity, and I'm not sure about the former. The downside, is that I often can recognize myself into it.:D

While not a natural poison, a subtle and effective poison is antifreeze--it causes kidney failure, and is especially attractive to dogs and cats because of its sweet flavor.:(

For a truly nasty lingering painful death, overdose the victim with Tylenol/acetaminophen; they will briefly recover, then die by inches from liver failure. This should be reserved for the KGB torturer who got to your best buds.:mad:

Old (very old) models of refrigerators used sulfur dioxide as a refrigerant. Which is all well and good as long as it stays in its sealed loop and, like Gremlins, _never_ comes in contact with water.
Otherwise--instant sulfuric acid. Not pleasant against the skin, and even less pleasant to breathe when aerosolized.

A slightly-off friend of mine came up with something like the nicotine bit, but was considering DMSO and paintballs injected with the stuff as a delivery mechanism.

I remember my grandmother telling me that since my grandfather services refrigerators from the 1930's until he died in 1966. He got exposed to the sulphur dioxide and it was very unpleasant. He passed away from Hodgkin's disease and my grandmother was convinced that the sulphur gas was part of it. I dunno myself, who knows, but yeah, before freon and what we have now, it was the main method of cooling.

Nicotine does seem to help schizophrenia. The theory is that is why many schizophrenics self medicate with it.

Recently there has been research into its effects on several other neurological disorders (such as Parkinson's), but I don't think there is solid science on this yet.

A Master Poisoner would utilize something with 2-3 components that are only deadly in combination and inert otherwise.
