The top secret Damocles Complex is located in the borders of the Seney National Wildlife Refuge near the township of Germfask, MI. There is a hidden turn off to get onto the access road that leads to Damocles Complex is off Driggs River Road. Damocles has become known by the locals as the "Tinker in the Hill" due to what they see as his reclusive nature, and has on occasion used his communications system to communicate with wandering travellers who have stubled upon the complex. Usually this communication with outsides has been simply warnings to stay away, and these warnings have been those that the locals have been more than happy to pay attention to. Damocles has used a specially built remote controlled UGV to interact with travellers and traders on several occassions. Usually to warn them away from the complex grounds so that he will not have to harm them. Damocles at times acts like a frightened child attempting to defend himself, while at others he can be quite ruthless and dangerous if he feels threatened.

Even if the team does not go investigating the "Tinker in the Hill" legends, the team will have a run in thanks to the fact that their designated emergency shelter is not that far from the Damocles Complex.

The General Orders of the Morrow Project:

1) "Help the local population in any and all ways possible."
2) "Establish communications with other teams and Prime Base."
3) "Survive."

Project Damocles

The Damocles Complex: The exterior of the Damocles Complex has been kept immaculately pristine by the Damocles MMU (mobile maintenance units), in an effort by Damocles to ensuring his safety and protection.

Main Gate & Guard Shack (1): The main gate is protected by a very simple low-tech human powered security gate, and guard shack.
Humvee: A USAF Humvee is still parked at the front gate. Still inside are the remains of a male wearing what is left of a USAF Lt. Colonel uniform, a female wearing the remains of a simple set of civilian clothing and young child wrapped in a blanket wearing what remains of a cartoon character pair of pajamas. The male has a set of military IDs and a Damocles Project ID badge that states he was Lt. Colonel Gordon MacDonald.
Guard Shack: The guard shack is empty, if checked the phone still works and is connected directly to Damocles allowing for communication with the base.
Security Fence (1): The Security fence is a 4½ft. tall brick wall that has been extended with a 3½ft. tall chain-link fence that runs the entire perimeter of the exterior facilites of the Damocles complex.
Automated Gun Emplacement (6): There are six automated gun emplacements that are placed at regular intervals with the five watch towers that provide above average cover for the perimeter of the Damocles complex.
Watch Tower (5): There are five watch towers that have been built at regular intervals with the six automated gun emplacements that provide above average cover for the perimeter of the Damocles complex. The watch towers had originally been built with the intention of a single security guard would share control of the remote gun emplacements that are placed between them. But once Damocles had came online the control over the remote gun emplacements were transferred to Damocles and the Watch Towers became automated as well, greatly reducing the number of required security personnel needed to keep Project Damocles secure.
Emergency Egress Access (2): The two emergency egress access stairwells had been built originally to allow for the emergency evacuation of Damocles underground facilities, but shortly after the facility was completed it became evident that the two emergency egress stairwells was better used as a regular entrance for the men whom had been assigned to the Damocles Complex security detachment.
Main Bunker (1): The Main Damocles Bunker is the primary method for access to the underground facilities of the Damocles project.
Parking Lot (2): The two parking lots had been originally used for the personal vehicles of the Damocles complex staff. At the time of the nuclear exchanges that finally signaled the end of the beginning of the Holocaust, there was twelve automobiles and other civilian vehicles parked here. But currently, the civilian vehicles that had been left in the parking lots have been cannibalized by Damocles.
Proposed Bunker site (4): The complex intended for the construction of four additional external surface bunkers to be built on four prepared sites that have already been equipped with connections to the underground network of access tunnels. The purpose of these four bunkers was unknown to Damocles. Possible uses included additional storage and living quarters for complex staff, or possibly even for specially constructed bunkers that would be used by the remote controlled mobile defense units that would provide additional external defense for the complex.

The Damocles Subterranean Complex:

Surface Level (Brown): While the interior of the access bunker has been constructed to allow the bunker to withstand a great deal of concussion damage, it also has several large open areas for use in storing vehicles and for the machinery needed to operate the bases main elevator core (a personnel elevator, a cargo elevator, a vehicle elevator, and the sensor array elevator system).
Personnel Elevator: d. The Personnel Elevator is able to descend all the way down to RED Level. The team will discover the mummified remains of <> in the back of the elevator. The mummified body shows signs of having been shot by a high-caliber weapon (the 9mm automatic gun mounted on the Internal Defense Units down on Red Level).
Cargo Elevator: The Cargo Elevator. The Cargo Elevator is able to descend all the way down to RED Level.
Vehicle Elevator: While the Vehicle Elevator is only able to descend to the BLUE Level, the shaft itself continues down to RED Level.
Stairwell: While the Stairwell descends all the way down to RED Level, there are security doors and locks located on each level to limit access.
Loading Docks: The loading docks
Store Room: The Store Room on the surface level was only meant for Temporary storage until items could be transferred down to the more permanent storage areas below. Currently, the storeroom is full of basic perishable items like toiletries, office supplies and the like.
Security Checkpoint: The Security Checkpoint is located right beside the personnel entrance to the bunker. The remains of SPC <> are still sitting at the desk standing his last watch in the security checkpoint. His security pass will only allow access down to GREEN Level.
Sensor Suite: The elevator shaft for the Sensor Suite extends down to <> Level where the communications center is located.
Restrooms: The access bunker has two basic restrooms located on the surface level.

Sub-Level One (Tan): While Sub-Level One is dominated by the various access tunnels that runs to each of the surface buildings, it is also the primary location of storage and warehouse facilities for the Damocles Complex.

When Damocles interacts with people in the real world, he uses holographic 3D imaging to create a hologram as a representative of himself. The image he has chosen for himself is that of a young teenaged boy between the ages of 13 to 15 years old with reddish-blonde hair and blue eyes dressed in the same style of clothing that could have been worn by the mythical ‘Damocles’ and speaks in a British accent.

Assigned Project Damocles Personnel and Staff: When the final war happened a major test of Damocles capabilities was being undertaken to see how much of the operations could be taken care of by Damocles himself, thus the Damocles Complex was operating with a minimum skeleton staff.

Lt. Colonel MacDonnell (USAF), Military Liaison Officer: Lt. Colonel MacDonnell died shortly after arriving at the main gate of the Damocles Complex with his family who had already died enroute.
William Lezrow, On-Site Project Director: Director William Lezrow commited suicide in his office.
