Well my first TW2k 4e game died with a whimper and it was totally the referee's fault. We were about to start the Americatown scenario and then go on to The Black Madonna.
The characters were all Green Berets except for a Canuck medic and were able to chew through every opponent the Ref threw at them. It was like every Russian was a soup sandwich (the ref rolls like ****, the players don't). The only casualty in the group was a Humvee and a broken arm.
The Ref was the only person in the game that had served in the military so getting the players up to speed was a bit of an issue but everything smoothed out and the game was great until the idiot ref accidentally deleted the campaign off of Foundry.
It was me, I was the idiot. Backup your campaign kids, don't be me. :(

Back in the day, about 2007, I ran a T2K campaign. I wrote all of my notes, descriptions and ideas etc into a word document so I could add to it along the way, edit and have a backup.

It ended up being 144 pages and 52,000 words long.

First comment, "Dumbass."
Now go back and put everything back together and start the game again. It might take a week or two, but make sure you do not screw up again.
Pats Op in the back, it happens to everyone at some point.

That's nightmare fuel. Time to log into Foundry and download backups of all my campaigns there.
