Yes guys, wer're closing in on the next session and I am starting write up on the new "adventure" / "mission".....

Danger: Extensive to minimal
Payment: 5 million $ -100.000$ pr day over 4.
Location: Texas ,US

15% paid in advance for equipment and so on.

..and immideately start deploying personel and resources -as usual we should start with running electronic surveillance and research on target and employer

We split tasks amongst ourselves so that we get the following set up :

Basecamp,transport,medical,logistical planning : Barnaby+Romanov

Electronic surveillance and research : Mao and Romanov + whomever they nees to run errands on this along the way

Weapons ,explosives and tectical gear :Florentino and Melchett+Romanov

Tactical planning,liason,SOP,ROE and operational control: Whos turn is it to LEAD?

Mission is in Texas ,USA.

Covert tactics are paramount .But SHTF is more than likely and assets must be tailored accordingly .

TRANSPORTATION
We need :

get away vehicules that are clean as far as papertrail goes.
surveillance / errand vehicules ditto.

parking for vehicles are to be inside the ISOFAC STRICTLY!

I prefer discreet SUVs that looks like nothing special but has good engine and reinforced steel bars for ramming ( deflector )

Something like the GMC Yukon or the Jeep SRT8 or other inexpensive looking 1,25 ton truck with more than 450 HP under the hood.Used of course .

2 nice blend in surveillance cars like Mazda or Fords say app 5 years old,regular sedan type .

Try to have all vehicles look innocent -.

Get critical roadmaps and distribute in vehicles.Nation-state-county.

also a removable winch from Costco.


SAFEHOUSES :

cash payment -Romanov must make meet and do payment etc in disguise in all cases

safehouse in the vicinity within a 10 min walk of target :
stock with medical supplies,food ,water and basic comforts such as sleeping bag,mat etc

ISOFAC safe house within a 30 min drive of target -say Eastern Dallas Metropolitan Area around Canton / Gun Barrel city .
preferably an isolated building with few neighbours and secluded location -like a warehouse or similar .Stock with canned food,waterbottles,granola bars,basic medical supplies,sleeping bags,cots etc .

Sweep all safehouses ISOFACs for surveillance and maintain strict countersurveillance regime.

This time its a massive hassel with latex gloves,cleaning up professionally and keeping almost everything on plastic covered floors.Even the trash will be collected and burnt.Wipe down everything with alcohol .

ALL DEALS TO BE MADE AS FAR AWAY FROM LONGVIEW AS POSSIBLE for instance in Nevada or Florida .

ALL ITEMS TO BE HANDLED AS CSI WAS SNEAKING PEAKS UP OUR BUTTS.Gloves.Clean .Out of sight .

ALIBIES : start setting up a chain of alibies all over the South West just in case .

1) visit someone in another state or go to see some sights and leave clear papertrail -use card etc JUST BEFORE mission .For instance rent a hunting cabin and buy food at local store-show my face around the bar and general store and then go back to cabin ( but in reality get picked up a few miles away on dusty back road by a crew member - I head for texas and lock all doors etc -leave a electronic switch to toggle lights on off at intervals etc ,have a clock radio turn on some music at intervals etc )

Get the others busy doing their thing -but IMPLORE them to take no risks and stay out of sight 100% of the time .We can have nothingh tying us to this one !!!Have them take alibi precautions like or better than mine .
See if Mao cant tailor a package showingus at CCTV cams somewhere else in the US at the time of our mission, some ticket stubs to prove we were away etc

my "possibles" bag /E&E kit .(firestarter,spork,racingspoon,DOAN/swedish firesteel ,sleeping bag,toiletry,cutlery,escape map of area,minicompass,mini firstaid kit,1000 dollar,100 dollar gold coin,rolling papers and tobacco ,waterpurificationtabs etc )-all in a very small ultrathough soft plastic kit that is waterproof,floats and can easily be hidden in pockets-sewn into clothing etc .Looks like an eyglasses preserver box.

small flashligt,Silva headlamp,Suunto military watch M3 model w GPS,altimeter etc in the regular gear
extensive and specialized car theft/lockpick gear camouflaged as a small ,regular toolbox and PDA .(Yes its electronic too now)

MP3 player w everything Grant Lee Buffalo,Jackson Browne acoustic stuff,Old and in the Way,Django Reinhardt some decent bluegrass,Led Zeppelins Mothership and a hodgepodge of classics .

the very last item : the collected works of Cormac McCarthy .

i see us driving a big ass car, taking us through the dirt road, farmed land, and just drive those dusty dunes (it seems to be dry, and pretty flat on my google viewer) 3km to this evac point;

which we have located cars(3/4), and is under 85 km from 3 different airports.

i recommend a brutal entry, dangerous middle, and a breazy end...

alot of guns for a 40min mission(10 min to drive to heli and another half to get to the cars)

And why not go for something that can use beryllium tipped 45acp, they have to be better then ordinary ammo... ...right!?

I would like to add a few suggestions to your plans:

1)
If we arrange for the good doctor in the looney bin to have an attorney demand a second opinion from another doctor (you are entitled by law to a second opinion if locked up for longer time in mental facility) - we can smuggle in an impostor Dr or Lawyer and his assistant(s) to start the break out from inside

2)
We should use 2 SUVs as this gives room to manouver and flexibility to operate .For instance one car can ram police cruisers or act as a "gun platform " and fight as the other runs.I also see a big ass power car get away with a mounted mg in the sunroof etc

3)
Full surveillance package on employer,target and hospital facility is needed ASAP

4)
Why not go for your ammo suggestion ( these are the Belgian ones you showed us on youtube ?) - expensive but cool .

1) where will target be delivered ?

meaning -will we need boat,car,plane,helicopter etc
