Just what the place has been lacking!
Should be made a sticky though due to it's usefulness.

Pulled that sucker down into a PDF, and I'll fill it out as time goes by. (I don't want to run the forum out of bandwidth!)

Kudos for kato! That's pretty darn slick! And as was suggested, you should make this a sticky thread so it's always up near the top. Really helpful to quickly look through for topics to read and post on.
