Highest rifel skill
 

Whats the highest rifle proficiantcy (attribute and skill combined) a PC or NPC has had?

I have an Israeli NPC with AGL:8 and Rifle:7 for a 15. He is the NPC who has the highest amount of skills etc that i have put together. I also have a US Marine Sniper with AGL:8 and Rifle:8 = 16.

I guess i am trying to get a feel for how "high" high is.

And yes, i use either STR or AGL (whichever is higher) for rifle skill.

Asset level 16 for a Marine Sniper, too. But I do not remember the Attribute and the Skill.

Technically (IIRC), the game rules allow for a Skill Level of 12 and an Attribute Level of 12 max, for a total Asset Level of 24. I've never seen anything approaching that among PCs, however.

I thought briefly about listing the Rifle skills of the prominent PCs and NPCs in my campaign then realised the numbers wouldn't mean anything to anyone except me.
