My custom alochol still calculator.

Littlearmies mentioned trading for a large still in the Cantonments thread. It reminded me of the page below.

This is one of the first things I ever did for T2k on the internet. It is a calculator which used the 3 basic still types to extrapolate what the production of a still of any weight would require in the way of raw materials and what its output would be. Older members will have already seen it, but our newer members may not have so I figured I would post it again.

OMG, I know you from way back when! Either you or someone else gave that to me a good 5 or 6 years ago!

I build it in 97 I think. Probably sent it to you around 2000. When I think about its history it makes me laugh. I did the calculations in 86 I think when T2k was stuck on my brain in Trig class, and I must have had the still values memorized. In 97 I had to build mortgage calculators for an online real estate firm and when I needed to test the math, T2k was still on my brain. And here I am in 2009 and T2k is still lodged in there.

Appears the link to the still page is down (Perhaps caused by the rest of the site having issues as mentioned earlier?) and wondering if that utility could be found someplace else?

I moved a copy here.

http://www.juhlin.com/files/still_mod.html

It is self contained so you can just save the file and access it anytime.

Or the corolary to this. I have used this little saying since I heard it on a Philadelphia Radio Station back in the late 60's - early 70's.

"The fun sure does time when you are having a good fly!!"

My $0.02
