My T2k/MP Concept Project

So I am trying to take the concept of the US having some plans for rebuilding after some sort of natural disaster or nuclear exchange.

I simply cannot believe that the US Government would rely on "evacuation" of the major population centers as a way to save the country.

All this is still in its infancy but its something along the line that the DoD put together a plan to utilize PMC's to preposition teams and resources similar to the MP concept, only larger and not with all the super advanced tech.

Here is a VERY high level organization chart with a proposed naming concept:

National Operations Center – North American Headquarters
Call Sign: NOVEMBER_ONE
Engineering and Construction Team Assigned to this Base Call Sign:
NOVEMBER_ONE _ECHO_ONE

Region Operations Center – Regions based roughly on FEMA Regions plus
Canada – Roughly 11 to start – Can expand
Call Sign: ROMEO_SEVEN
Security Team Call Sign: ROMEO_SEVEN_SIERA_ONE

State Operations Center – One per state, US/Canada to start - based on
physical area and/or post war populations – Roughly 48 US and 10 Canadian to start - can expand
Call Sign: SIERA_FOUR_TWO
Medical Team Call Sign: SIERA_FOUR_TWO_MIKE_ONE

District Operations Center – Each State is broken into logical districts based
on physical area and/or post war populations – Typically 4-5 per state
Call Sign: DELTA_THREE_FOUR_FIVE
Science Team Call Sign: DELTA_THREE_FOUR_FIVE_SIERA_ONE

Local Operations Center – Assigned typically one per County or special
purpose/mission - based on physical area and/or post war populations
– can expand
Call Sign: LIMA_TWO_ONE_ZERO
Scout Team Call Sign: LIMA_TWO_ONE_ZERO_SIERA_ONE

Agreed, if you ignore the conspiracy crap, FEMA has been working on this concept for decades.

Conceptionaly, does that organization seem right? Also, not sure I like the call sign/naming convention, anyone have any ideas there?

Unit overall Name.... Command Group.... Lion.. Then there is a break down by job position.

Lion 1 is Chief personnel
Lion 2 is Chief staff intelligence
Lion 3 is Chief operations and planning
Lion 4 is Chief Logistics
Lion 5 is Chief communications
Lion 6 is the Commander
Lion 7 is the First Sergeant or Command Sergeant Major

These will get letter/number identifiers behind them to identify a subordinate.

Lion 1D or Lion 1 D1 is the Commanders driver.

Lion 3A1 is the assistant personnel Chief.
