Strategic Arms Limitation and Intermediate-Range Nuclear Forces Treaty

What would happen to the START I and START II limits would they go the window? Or would the US and USSR be to busy with conventional stuff

Would you see the Pershing Ib, Pershing II and the BGM-109G Gryphon re-enter Europe?

I'm pretty sure all the Pershing and GLCM missiles themselves were destroyed by 1991. Not sure about the launchers.

So at a guess, I'd say the Pershing isn't coming back. But the GLCM seems possible since the Tomahawk was still in production.

The Air Force probably has SRAM-T in service. I believe the RAF was also looking at it to replace their gravity bombs.

As for strategic stuff, the B-1s probably got ALCM capability and AGM-129 production would have continued.

The Air Force bought 100 Peacekeeper ICBMs, but only ever deployed 50 of them in refurnished Minuteman silos. Here, Peacekeeper Rail Garrison may have gone forward. If not, the other 50 may have gotten put in silos just like the first 50.

The Minuteman IIIs were probably uploaded back to three warheads.

Here is one at Pima Air Museum in Arizona, located next to the Davis-Monthan AFB storage facility
