Background: Uncle Ho is old and mysterious man, who has accumulated much knowledge in medicine, herbalology (marijuana), and Kung-Fu; and is more than capable of defending himself even in his old age. Ho is an expert scrounger, who can get his hands on anything the Milgov/Cilgov has or doesn't have, and also a middle-man for obtaining or selling anything on the black market.
