Just a weird thought...
 

I'm re-doing some engineer vehicle right now, and some of them use a rocket anchor to send out a cable to help stabilize the vehicle when performing its other duties.

What if you used it as a antipersonnel weapon? or even against something like a jeep, cycle, HMMWV, or trailer? Are they even accurate enough for this type of thing?
