OT: Crocodile Bile Poisoned beer in Mozambique!
 

This is probably the most T2K thing I have read in a headline in a long time!

72 people killed from drinking Pombe (phombe) laced with crocodile bile.

Seems like a great way for a village to end the lives of some would be invaders...offer some beer as a parley or truce. I can definitely see it potentially coming into play, though maybe using some other toxic substance.

Alternately, have a keg or two of it waiting around for when the town gets raided. Maybe even have some people act upset when it's being taken. (OH MY GOD! They're stealing all our beer! Whatever will we do?) Then, let them 'get away' with it, the raiders return to their home base to celebrate.
Assuming all goes as planned here, you get the same results, with the added bonus of the bodies being somebody else's problem to clean up.
