Fictional Characters as NPCs

Has anyone used other people's fictional characters as NPCs?

I'm thinking that the entire group from Johnnie Quest would be ideal, although Race would be a bit old for all the Judo!

LOng time and no post here but I've used John Thomas Rourke and Co. from Jerry Ahern's "The Survivalist" series from time to time.
