Nautical distance charts for the US
 

Found this source online - has lots of information on nautical distances both for the ocean waterways and rivers and Intracoastal Waterways - looks like a nice resource for GM's running campaigns in the US for those who have either parties or NPC's with ships as part of those campaigns
