It looks like Free League are going to make Twilight 2000 available at the Free League Workshop so create and sell your own content for the game.

I don’t know what the restrictions etc are but it might mean some of the excellent fan produced stuff gets a wider audience.

What are the terms like for their other games? I'm going to definitely assume that there's bound to be some sort of quality review,, and presumably a good chunk of the revenue goes to them.

According to the article linked in the OP:
"Once you’ve activated your title for sale, you’ll start seeing royalties accumulating equal to 50% of the sale price per item sold."
