Tough choices. I guess all the modules that we played through in my most recent campaign are my joint favourites: Escape from Kalisz, the Vistula Trilogy, Black Madonna, Going Home and Armies of the Night.
I once ran a 24 hour one-off game with 10 players based around King's Ransom that was really fun. All the PCs died in a nasty last stand against Spetznaz though.
