Chico pointed one thing out me, the refit. I guess the way its worded is misleading. Starks couldnt get a full refit as he points out. I will need to clean that section up some to reflect something a bit more realistic seeing as a full refit is 120+ tanks and 70 some helicopters. Thanks Chico for pointing that out. /bow
