Default What Great Memories!

Those two photographs bring back a lot of memories.
The first one is of "Sturmbrigade Barfenpuken". The giant walker was somewhat effective as long as it had steady supply of beer. It's only other problem was a tendency to hump bridge supports. It finally came to a crashing halt when it tried to whizz on a large domed building. It heisted its leg and fell right over.

The second is actually of my great-uncle, Erasmus Trout. He was a navy pilot who singlehandedly destroyed seven aircraft and that was before he even finished flight training. The navy had originally assigned him to flying a desk but the orders got misread and there he was in Rogue Squadron. The rest is comedy.
