The BATF alleged a lot of things about that siege and still haven't mananged to prove many of them with any real evidence.

I think the whole Waco thing was bad info from the get go and they just kept rolling with it even though they knew they screwed the pooch. Who was this great informer and is there any proof Super Dave was banging all the women and girls there? I find it very hard to believe any man would just be like go ahead bang my daughter and wife neo-Jesus. The informer was a ex-member who got kicked out of the group on bad terms- a gunfight between DK.
The BATF might have even shot some of their guys. The Feds had the place bugged so well they knew where people where at all times. A second grader could have done as well when the end came.
