Default Survivor's Guide to the Czech Republic
I know most of the audience here prefers to focus on v1.0/2.0/2.2, but I hope Kato will forgive the cross-post.

There's some background over in the 93GS forum. Long story short for y'all: since last winter, I've been working on Survivor's Guide to the Czech Republic, a setting sourcebook for Twilight: 2013. Keith has elected not to purchase the rights to it, so I'm releasing the manuscript for free to the fan community. You can download it from my personal Web site here (926k PDF):
