Over here I'm stuck with three uni students as players only interested in AD&D and one in 4th ed Shadowrun. Not toooo bad except scheduling is a nightmare what with their part time work and multiple assignments and projects. Can usually only get one or two at a time for just a couple of hours. Doesn't help that one has his girlfriends thumbprint deeply embedded on his forehead (although is his defence he's definitely punching WELL above his weight - she's smoking hot!)
What worse is they're all in their final year and will be leaving two around Christmas with no obvious hope for replacements.
