Our site falls in the middle ground as far as bandwidth and disk space.
Our Monthly Traffic is generally 8-15gb with a spike up to 25gb the month where I created the attachment list.
Drive space currently required would be less than 1GB but given growth rates I would think 2GB would be a fair minimum.
Current
200 MB for file structure
200 MB for attachments
300 MB for Database
